This is an application by the wife, seeking transfer of M.P. No. 267 of 2014, pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, RajgurunagarKhed, District Pune to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon, District Beed.

According to the applicant, she is working with the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation as a Conductor and it will be inconvenient for her to travel to Rajgurunagar-Khed, District Pune. In addition to above, it is mentioned that the respondent is working as a Clerk in the same Court.

In view of the hardship and the cause narrated herein above, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow the present application. Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) with no order as to costs.

The applicant - wife has agreed to co-operate with the respondent for fixing the hearing of all the matters, which are pending at Majalgaon in between the parties, on the same day, as per the convenience of the respondent - husband.
