ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the same on the ground that Reference Court has granted exorbitant compensation. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amounts be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis, till fnal disposal of this appeal. 2.
