By the present application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks his release on bail, in connection with C.R. No.102 of 2015, registered with Police Station, Partur, Dist. Jalna, for offences punishable under sections 354, 354-A, 354-D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The offence is alleged to have taken place on 5th June, 2015, whereas the first information report has been lodged on 26th June, 2015. The investigation in the matter is complete and charge-sheet is already filed.

Looking to the nature of allegations and delay in lodging the first information report, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order release of the applicant on bail. I, therefore, pass following order :-

criap4550.15 (2) The applicant be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.102 of 2015, registered with Police Station, Partur, Dist. Jalna, for offences punishable under sections 354, 354-A, 354-D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
