The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire deposited amount of compensation along with interest.

It appears that the respondent no.2/acquiring body has deposited 75% of the compensation amount in this matter. 4.

This Court, vide order dated 13-06-2023, has already permitted the applicants, in other connected matters, to withdraw the entire 75% amount of compensation, deposited by the acquiring body.

As such, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw entire deposited amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
