The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has raised the objection to the inclusion of the name of Respondent No.5 in the Voters List for the election of Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Chalisgaon for the year 2008 to 2013. The said period is already over. This Court while granting the Rule passed an interim order to the effect that the said inclusion of the name of Respondent No.5 in Voters List would be subject to the decision of the present Writ Petition. Thus, by passage of time, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
