This is the second application for bail in Crime No. 165/2014 registered at Beed City police station, district Beed for the offences punishable u/ss 302,307,201,504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 4/27 of the Indian Arms Act.

Perused the Order dated 10/06/2015 in Criminal Application No. 2291 of 2015. First application for bail was withdrawn by applicants with a request to expedite the trial. Accordingly the period of ten months is given to the trial Court to decide Sessions Case No. 53/2015. Still four months will have to go.
