Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, respondents have deposited entire award amount before this Court. Applicants are poor farmers, they requires amount for their daily expenses. Hence, requested to allow the applications.

I have heard both the learned Counsel. Admittedly, lands of applicants are acquired by the respondents. Applicants are poor farmers, they needed amount for their daily expenses. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(a) Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount along-with accrued interest thereon out of deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking.

(b) Applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% amount along-with accrued interest thereon out of deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety / security.

(c) The Civil Applications are disposed of.
