In view of the directions issued by this Court, the Insurance Company has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. one lac).

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised by the respective parties, this petition can be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- ( Rs. one lac) deposited by the Insurance Company, towards full and final settlement of the claim and it is accordingly directed. Parties do not have any disagreement for evolving this arrangement.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as regards merits of the contentions raised in the petition. 4.
