Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, respondents have deposited entire award amount before this Court. Applicant is poor farmer, he requires amount for his daily expenses. Hence, requested to allow the application.

I have heard both the learned Counsel. Admittedly, Pooja K.

{2} 934-CA-12982-2022 land of applicant is acquired by the respondents. Applicant is poor farmer, he needed amount for his daily expenses. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(a) Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount along-with accrued interest thereon out of deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking.

(b) Applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% amount along-with accrued interest thereon out of deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety / security.

(c) The Civil Application is disposed of.
