The order of transfer is assailed. As the same is prior to two years, we are not inclined to consider the same on merits. 3.
The petitioner relies on Government Resolution regarding transfer as per the couple convenience. According to the petitioner, his wife is transferred at Ashti, Tq. Partur and he wants to retain at Teerthpuri. As per Respondents, it is not possible to retain the petitioner at Teerthpuri. Rival contentions are made about the complaints. It is not possible for this Court to go into the merits of the same.

The Petitioner may apply for transfer at the place near the
place where the wife of the petitioner is transferred. In case such application is made, the Respondent No.1 shall take decision upon the said application expeditiously on its own merits, preferably within two (2) months.
