The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.894 of 2023 registered with Tophkhana Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 504, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and under Sections 37(1)(3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.
The applicant seeks bail on parity. He submits that the role attributed to the applicant is identical to the role of the coaccused Vaibhav Baban Huchhe, who has been granted bail. 4.
Learned APP has fairly stated that there appears similarity in the role attributed to the applicant and co-accused Vaibhav. Since the role attributed to the applicant and Vaibhav whom

O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant, Aniket Ramesh Salunke, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) The applicant should not meet the co-accused till conclusion of the trial.
(c) The applicant should not enter Ahmednagar District for three months from the date of his release.
