We have heard the learned Advocate Mr.Bajaj for the petitioner, as also the learned Advocate General Mr.Birendra Saraf (virtually).

Rajesh Raghuvandra Rao [(2009) 5 SCC 608] as also in the matter of Shavak Burjorji Patell since deceased, through his Heirs and LRs. Farsheed Burjor Patell and others Vs. Jamshid Kersi Dalal and others khs/Dec.2024/9835
