Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

This application is filed with a prayer to clarify clause (ii) of the operative part of its judgment and order dated 12th June 2025 to the effect that the applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in equal share. This Court by order dated 4th February 2019 has already passed similar order which is on record at Exh.C of this application.

Considering above, the application stands allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount in equal shares for their purpose. The office of this Court to remit 60% of the balance amount alongwith accrued interest, if any, to the applicants in equal proportionate. 4.

It is clarified that the balance amount which is now due after deducting the amount as per the award passed by this Court in appeal, shall be refunded to the respondent in the present civil application with accrued interest.
