After this matter was heard for some time and considering that no State authority is involved and the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ against a private society, the learned Advocate for the petitioner sought liberty to withdraw this petition, so as to approach The Education Ofcer, Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Jalna and make out a grievance of wrongful transfer. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as is prayed for.
