We have perused the FIR and related papers. The FIR was recorded in the hospital. The name of the applicant in FIR is shown as Rajendra, but in R.C.C. No. 283/2021 it is shown as Rajratan. Difference in the name of the applicant attributes some overwriting. The statement of son of the informant reinforce the same. It is only change in the name of applicant - Rajratan who named as Rajendra in FIR.

Since the role of the applicant has been specified in the FIR and in the police statements, we find that no case is made out and even
