The present proceedings are disposed of in terms of consent terms. The parties herein, to undertake that, they shall submit copy of this order creating a charge over the property bearing Gat No. 175 to the extent of two acres situated at post Panchak, Tal. Chopda, District Jalgaon, in regard to the present order. 5.
