The writ petitions filed by petitioner earlier challenging the rejection of the technical bids were disposed of by us under order dated 01.09.2021 directing the respondent no.2 therein to

consider the reply filed by petitioner and take decision afresh. More particularly, paragraph nos.8 and 9 of the said judgment were required to be considered.

According to the petitioner the same has not been considered by the Authorities and has passed order mechanically.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent no.1 on instructions submits that, respondent no.1 will reconsider the reply filed by the petitioner as per the orders of this Court dated 01.09.2021 in Writ Petition No.8683/2021 and Writ Petition No.8923/2021 and take decision afresh on its own merits.

The respondent no.1 may reconsider the cause put forth by the petitioner in tune with the orders dated 01.09.2021 in Writ Petition No.8683/2021 and Writ Petition No.8923/2021.

In view of the said statement made, the impugned order would not be an impediment for reconsideration.

In light of the statement made by Mr.
Patil, the learned advocate, writ petitions are disposed of.
