This civil application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of the respondent no.7. There is delay of 1861 days in filing the application. The petitioner has also died during the pendency of the petition and the legal heirs are already brought on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned.

Necessary amendment to be carried out in the petition within a period of two weeks.

It appears that, respondent Nos.1-A, 2 and 6 have also expired during the pendency of the petition. The names of the legal heirs of

In the interest of justice and with a view to prevent further delay in decision in the main petition the petitioners are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent nos.1-A, 2 and 6. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the legal heirs of respondent nos.7, 1-A, 2 and 6, returnable on 10.01.2023.
