1] At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across the Bar affidavit-in-rejoinder, and the same is taken on record.

2] This Petition is filed with the following prayer:

B] The respondent authorities may kindly be directed to complete the process of issuing Mah.Electronic Service Centre at Dhule District in pursuance of the advertisement dated 07.03.2015 and further direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3, to issue license of Mah.Electronic Service Centre in favour of petitioner at

8730.2016WP village Dhule, Tq. and Dist. Dhule within a period of one month by issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the nature of writ of mandamus.

3] Admittedly, after filing this Petition, an agreement pursuant to the advertisement dated 7th March, 2015, has come to an end in the Year 2016. In that view of the matter, this Petition has rendered infructuous.

4] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is desirous to apply afresh. In that respect, we cannot express any opinion. If the petitioner is eligible, he can always apply and mere disposal of this Petition shall not be construed as an impediment for filing such application in future. 5] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
