Heard the learned counsels of the parties for some time. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that since the SDO has passed the order under the MLR Code, the petitioners have efficacious and alternative remedy by way of filing proceedings before the Collector.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. However, since there was stay granted by this Court earlier, the same shall continue for a further period of four weeks from today, in which period, the petitioners shall approach the Collector and apply for interim relief.

The Collector to decide the proceedings, if any filed by the petitioners, within four months thereafter.
