The petition was dismissed for default in the first session. Later on, the learned counsel holding for Shri. Barlinge for the petitioners appeared and it was submitted that the matter will be conducted. So the dismissal order was recalled and again in second session the matter was called. Again nobody is present for the petitioners. So both the petitions are dismissed for default. Rule is discharged.
