This civil application has been moved for amendment to writ petition in view of further developments taking place. 2.

Mr. Darandale, learned advocate appearing for the respondents Bi, 1 and 2 institution purports to put up stiff resistance to amendment, referring to that the amendment sought is in respect of new cause of action and under the same pending writ petition becomes infructuous.

Though learned advocate for respondents purports to

{2} ca8205-20 resist, having regard to that there is no dispute on that the amendment sought is in respect of events taking place during pendency of the writ petition, we deem it appropriate to grant the application.

As such, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause "A" and is disposed of. Fresh amended copy of the petition be prepared and supplied to court as well as concerned respondents.
