PER COURT :- 1) In pursuance to the directions issued by this Court, the Respondents have deposited 75 per cent of the amount of the total sum awarded by the reference Court.
2) The applicants are seeking leave to withdraw the aforesaid amount deposited by the Respondent State in this Court. 3) Heard. Considering the contentions raised before us, we deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw 50 per cent of the amount out of the amount deposited by the Respondent in this Court on tendering an undertaking to the Court that, in the event of success of the appeal/s, the respective applicants shall redeposit the amount within a period of twelve weeks from such decision. The balance of 50 per cent amount out of the amount deposited by the Respondent in this Court shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security or Bank guarantee of a Nationalized Bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). With the directions as above Civil Applications are disposed of.
