Heard the learned Advocate representing the parties. 2.

It appears that the appellate authority by the impugned order dated 21/10/2022 has dismissed the appeal on the ground that the final order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer has not been challenged before the Appellate Authority. The petitioner is permitted to challenge the final order dated 21/10/2022 before the Appellate Authority and Appellate Authority to decide the same in accordance with law.

The petitioner is also permitted to file appropriate interim application for release of vehicle before the Appellate Authority. If

WP 9538-2023 such an application is filed, the appellate authority to decide the application within a period of one week.

All contentions are left open.
