Heard. Mr. G.N. Patil, learned counsel for applicant / acquiring body. Mr. B.K. Pawar, learned counsel for respondent no.1 / claimant, and Mr. Virdhe, learned AGP for respondent No.2 / State.

There seems to be delay of 2293 days in preferring the first appeals. The delay seems to be inordinate. However, looking to the grounds raised in the appeal memo and considering the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in para 4 and in the interest of justice, delay needs to be condoned.

O R D E R

(i) The civil applications for condonation of delay are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) Registry to make scrutiny of the appeal and register the same as per due procedure, and thereafter, it be placed before the concerned Court for admission.
