It is stated across the Bar the appellant / acquiring body has deposited the entire amount under the impugned judgment and award of the reference Court and complied with the conditional stay order passed earlier by this Court. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed till final decision of the appeals.
O R D E R
(i) The civil applications for stay are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
(ii) The interim stay granted earlier by this Court is hereby made absolute till final decision of the appeals.
(iii)Inform the Reference Court accordingly.
