This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant No.2B on record, as referred to in paragraph No.3 of the civil application.

Learned advocates appearing for the respondents do not have any particular objection for granting this civil application, since the delay appears to have been properly explained. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the application stands granted in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and is disposed of. Consequent amendment be carried out within a period of two

Learned advocates for the respondents further refer to that the second appeal had already been appearing on board for final hearing, however, did not reach and in the circumstances, request that the second appeal be listed for final hearing. 5.
