The present application is pressed only in relation to applicant No.4 - Gautam Mahadev Ghumre. As such, the application at the behest of applicants No.1 to 3 stands dismissed as not pressed. 2.

The applicant No.4 - Gautam is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.128/2015 registered at Patoda Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the first information report reflects that applicant Gautam has assaulted son of complainant namely Sharad by fists blows.

Looking to the nature of allegations, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order release of applicant No.4 on following conditions: (I) In the event of his arrest, the applicant No.4 - Gautam Mahadev Ghumre be released on bail in Crime No.128/2015, registered at Patoda Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount. (II) The applicant No.4-Gautam shall attend Police Station, Patoda initially for three days in between 10.00 am to 11.00 am and thereafter, as and when called for.

(III) The applicant - Gautam shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of Police Station, Patoda, except for attending the Police Station for present proceedings.
