The petitioner is working on the post of Primary Teacher. Feeling aggrieved by her posting order dated 26.7.2017, Annexure 'F', by which she has been transferred and posted at Zilla Parishad School, Takali, Taluka Muktainagar, District Jalgaon she had submitted a representation, Annexure 'G" and has filed the petition.

According to the petitioner, for the reasons stated by her in the said representation, the impugned order deserves to be cancelled and in place, the petitioner is required to be posted at any of the three places mentioned by her in the said representation.

Keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner's representation submitted to respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer to Divisional Commissioner, Nashik, is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik, we are inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the Divisional Commissioner Nashik to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible, but in any case, not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
