The applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited i. e. entire amount deposited by the non applicant on submitting undertaking to the Court that, in the event the appeal is allowed and the applicant is directed to deposit the amount, the applicant shall deposit the same within a period of one month. 2.

Remaining 50% of the amount which is directed to be deposited shall be kept in fixed deposit after the same is deposited. The civil application is disposed of.
