The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a pursis that the appellant No. 3 Mr. Lahu Gyana Kamble is alive and there is no necessity to take steps against him. The learned counsel further submits that there are no steps required to be taken in this matter. 2.

Civil Application No. 10974/2019 is filed for early hearing of the second appeal by the respondents. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application filed for early hearing may be allowed as earlier this Court has fixed the matter for final hearing. In view of the same, the application for early hearing is allowed. List the matter on 11.9.2023.
