It is informed that the first appeal came to be dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court thereby confirming the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. An amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two lakhs) together with statutory benefits has been deposited with the Bank or in the Court.

The applicants are entitled to withdraw the aforesaid amount. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The applicants shall be permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two lakhs) together with interest accrued thereon, if any, so also statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the Insurance Company while presenting the appeal, unconditionally. Civil Application stands disposed of.
