Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Present appeals have been preferred on the ground of exorbitant determination of the compensation ignoring the settled factors for determining the market prices of the acquired lands and the interest has been granted from the date of possession. The interest should have been granted from the date of award. 3.

Perusal of the grounds of the appeal reveal that the appellants have a good case on merit. Hence, the following order is passed;
