Admittedly, the applicants are not permanent resident of place, where the deceased was residing with applicant Muktabai and her husband. Prima facie, upon perusal of the contents of the F.I.R., the applicants appears to have been falsely implicated in the offence. In view of this, the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 2nd September, 2015, stands confirmed on the same terms and the conditions.
