The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.I252/2015 registered with Pathardi police station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant is wife of the applicant and the applicant herein has tried to kill her by pushing her in the well, as she has not permitted him to perform second marriage. 3.
