Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

All the applicants are present. They are seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrant by order of this Court dated 11.07.2024. After having interaction with the applicants, it reveals that they were not in contact with the counsel. Incorrect statements were made that negotiation for settlement were going on. The Court had granted them time.

It seems that a casual statement was made before the Court that negotiation is going on. It is an apparent mistake of the lawyer. Hence, Advocate Mr. Dudhate appearing for the applicants submits that he is ready to pay the cost to the respondents Rs.1000/- each. His request is accepted.

All Criminal Applications are allowed. The order dated 11.07.2024 issuing non-bailable warrant against the applicants is cancelled.
