We have heard Mr Gadhe, learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Advocate submits that the Chief Executive Officer without the concurrence of the Ad hoc Committee, operating then, has issued the impugned notice directing the petitioner to deposit the amount of rent and arrears. The deposit amount of the petitioner is merged in the rent amount and the further deposit amount is claimed.

The petitioner could have approached the Ad hoc Committee in that regard.

The petitioner may approach the Ad hoc Committee and / or the Committee that may be functioning with a grievance which would be considered in accordance with the provisions of the statute. 5.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. All the contentions on merits are kept open.
