The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Civil Revision Application would be maintainable against the order of the Trial Court which was passed on application filed under Order VII, Rule 11(d) of C.P.C. and seeks liberty to file Civil Revision Application by withdrawing the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits that if such CRA is filed, he would not object the CRA on the ground of delay in view of section 14 of the Limitation Act.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed above.
