Vide communication dated 06.01.2025, Civil Judge Juniot Division, Shindkheda, Dist. Dhule has addressed a communication to this Court for extension of time for deciding the suit.

As per the order passed by this Court on 10.01.2023, it was directed to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 01 of 2010 pending before the Trial Court expeditiously and within a period of one year from 10.01.2023. As the suit could not be decided within stipulated time, extension of six months time was sought to decide the suit. 3.

After taking into consideration the progress report in the suit, it is the submission of the Civil Judge (J.D.), Sindhkheda that inspite of efforts being made by him, the suit was not decided within stipulated time. Now, the said matter was posted for evidence of defendant No. 2. The suit could not proceed on account of one or the

908 WP NO.10759.2016 -2other reason given by the respective parties. He has given the details of every date on which the suit was listed.

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dhule has recommended the extension of time vide communication dated 06.01.2025. According to him, it is noticed that though the Trial Judge has taken every effort to decide the suit within time but due to the adjournment applications filed by the parties, suit could not be decided. Hence, suit could not be decided within the stipulated period. Therefore, he is seeking further extension. 5.

In view of the fact that earlier six months extension was granted, further extension for two months is granted. 6.

Civil Judge Junior Division, Sindkheda, Dist. Dhule is directed to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 01 of 2010 within two months. It is hereby made clear that no further extension shall be given.
