The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.382 of 2022 registered with Pundliknagar Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 489-D r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the applicant is that he showed the dreams to the co-accused to become rich by distributing the fake currency notes in the market. Except the statement of the co-accused under Section 27, nothing is against the applicant. He was granted bail in another crimes. Since no material is collected against the applicant, it would be difficult to keep him behind bar, though he was repeatedly arraigned as an accused in different crimes. However, certain stringent conditions may be imposed upon him. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Ambadas Rambhau Sasane @ Arun Bhaskar Wagh, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that ;

(a) The applicant should not involve in similar crime. (b) If he is involved in identical crime, his bail would be treated as cancelled.

(c) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and should attend the trial on each and every effective date.
