The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 06/02/2018 whereby registration of his frst appeal was refused for non-removal of offce objections specially in respect of defcit court fee. There is also a huge delay for fling this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the offce objections on or before 24/04/2023. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 06/02/2018 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of offce objections on or before 24/04/2023 subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2,500/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
