Heard learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body and learned counsel for the claimant. 2.

Learned counsel for the claimant opposes this applications for condonation of delay. However, after going through the contents of the applications, it emerges that on account of official hurdles in

ca2977.17 delay obtaining necessary sanctions and approval for funds, the delay of 374 days has been caused in filing the first appeals. According to me, sufficient cause is assigned for condonation of delay. Therefore, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed of.

First Appeal (Stamp) Nos.24224/2014, 24320/2014, 24326/2014, 24295/2014, 24301/2014, 24306/2014, 24314/2014 and 24310/2014 be registered. Upon registration of First Appeals, issue notices to the respondents. Learned counsel Mr. Shaikh Shakil U. waives service of notice for the claimants. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for the State.
