All these 166 petitioners have raised a grievance that their provident fund accumulations are not being cleared and the employer has not deposited the contributions. Their detailed representations dated 30.03.2022 from page nos.49 till 529, are pending before respondent no.2Provident Fund Authorities. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of these petitioners and initiate action as is permissible under the
