The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.2, Partur, District Jalna has passed order regarding release of vehicle of the petitioner in Criminal M.A. No.78 of 2024. It is alleged that Police Station Officer, Ashti Police Station is not releasing the said vehicle.

In view of the fact that alternate efficacious remedy is available, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition to exhaust the said alternative efficacious remedy. 4.
