PER COURT :- 1) Learned Counsel appearing for appellant submits that, as directed by this Court, vide order passed on 4th September, 2015, the appellantCorporation has deposited the entire amount under the Award impugned in the present appeal. The leaned Counsel further submits that, however, in the Executing Court, the claimants are pursuing for amount of interest and accordingly, the trial court has insisted for deposit of such amount of interest. The leaned Counsel further submits that in fact in the impugned order, nothing has been mentioned as BDV

The learned Counsel submits that in the circumstances, the appellant/Corporation is intending to deposit the amount of interest calculating the same from the date of petition, till 30.09.2015, under protest, by reserving its right to contest the said issue on merits.

2) In view of the submissions so made, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of interest, as desired by it. Registry to accept the same.
