We have heard Mr. Savant, the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned AGP raised preliminary objection that, the Petitioner has remedy of an appeal.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on merits. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail an alternate remedy.

In case, the Petitioner files an appeal, then the authority, where the appeal would be filed, shall consider the application of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the
