1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a compromise and the judgment and order dated 26.10.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2817 of 1997 has been complied with.

2] In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the contempt petition.
