.

By way of these petitions, the petitioners have been challenging similar show cause notices whereby the respondent - committee under the Maharashtra Act XXIII of 2001 has called upon them to explain why their certificates of validity issued under that act be not recalled.

2.

This Court had refused to stall the enquiries. The enquiries have not been completed and the committee has recalled the certificates of validity of all these petitioners. They have preferred separate writ petitions challenging the decision of the committee of recalling the validity certificates.

3.

In the light of such supervening events, there is no point in keeping all these petitions pending as the entire action of recalling the validities is under challenge and would be considered and decided in these new petitions.

4.

Hence, all these petitions are disposed of.
