On face of record, it appears that vide order dated 02.02.2024 the parties were referred to the Mediator as they had shown willingness to compromise the matrimonial dispute. Accordingly, advocate Mr. R.M. Deshmukh was appointed as a Mediator and on 14.03.2024 the Mediator submitted the report of successful mediation in pursuance of compromise deed. The said mediation report and compromise deed are taken on record and marked as Exh.X collectively for identification. Since both the parties have amicably settled the dispute through the Mediator, therefore, the present revision application as well as the criminal application no.2819/2023 are hereby disposed of in above terms.
