Mr Narwadkar submits that the petitioners had filed appeal before the District authorities. The matter is remanded to the Sub Divisional Officer (Page 54). The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the same is pending since 2013. Learned Counsel on instructions states that the files/claims of the petitioners are not traceable before the Sub Divisional Officer.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for respondents. 3.

In case the claims filed by the petitioners are not traceable with respondent no.3, then the respondent no.3 may reconstruct the files/claims.

The Sub Divisional Officer may reconstruct the claims of the petitioners. The petitioners may give the copies of the claims which were already lodged to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer on reconstructing the files (in case the original claims are not

W.P.15254/2017 traceable) shall decide the said claims expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
